Changelog
Every update logged here as it ships. New features in green, improvements in amber, fixes in grey.
TenderAI now generates different proposal structures depending on your sector. Construction proposals include a programme of works and BoQ. Security proposals include guard deployment plans and emergency SOPs. Catering proposals include HACCP compliance and per-head menu costing. The right structure ships automatically when you select your sector.
The Document Vault now sends WhatsApp alerts 14 days before any document expires — ITF263, PRAZ certificate, PSRS registration, food handlers certificates. You choose the phone number that receives the alerts.
We updated the technical methodology generator to align more closely with PRAZ's evaluation criteria weighting. Proposals now include explicit sub-section headers that mirror the language in the evaluation criteria table, making it easier for evaluators to find and score your answers.
Pay per document or subscribe monthly using EcoCash, Paynow, or ZiG bank transfer. USD card payments also accepted. No dollar card required for Zimbabwean users — you can pay in ZiG at the published exchange rate.
All proposals now export as Microsoft Word documents in addition to PDF. The Word export uses PRAZ-standard formatting — correct heading styles, section numbering, and footer. Compatible with all versions of Microsoft Word and Google Docs.
Reduced average proposal generation time from 90 seconds to under 3 minutes for complex construction and engineering proposals. The AI now runs section generation in parallel where sections are independent.
Fixed a bug where the BoQ builder would silently accept blank quantity cells. All quantity fields now require a numeric value before the BoQ can be exported.
Upload your PRAZ certificate, ITF263, CR14, PSRS registration, and audited financials once. TenderAI auto-attaches the correct documents to every proposal and tracks expiry dates for each. The Vault is the single source of truth for all your procurement documents.
The ITF263 is valid for 30 days and is the most commonly expired document in Zimbabwe procurement. TenderAI now tracks your ITF263 expiry date and sends a WhatsApp reminder 10 days before it expires.
Added a pre-submission compliance checklist that validates your proposal against the 10 most common administrative disqualification criteria: cover letter, declaration form signature, ITF263 validity, PRAZ certificate, and more.
TenderAI goes live. The first version supports AI proposal generation for construction, cleaning, and IT supply tenders. Proposals export as PDF. Three free documents on registration. EcoCash payment coming in v1.2.
Every proposal receives a compliance score out of 100 across 10 criteria before you download it. Green = pass, amber = review, red = will be rejected. The first version checks cover letter, declaration, and certificate presence.
